Finer Things Club

We had our first meeting of the Finer Things club (like Pam, Toby, and Oscar do on "the Office") yesterday. We served blueberry tea and freshly baked cookies, looked at art books, listened to fancy music, and even used our real china (a wedding gift from the Captain's grandmother and grandfather... it had been their china. they also got us the cabinet too).

  3. Love, love, love this idea! Savvy and I have been threatening to have a regular afternoon tea time for months, and of course we haven't gotten around to it yet. But now I just may steal your idea! What a great way to incorporate even more beauty into an already elegant and refined tradition. Love it! (Love The Office, too, and that episode)

  4. Love this! Linnea is a big favorite around here. We went to see some Monet paintings and my little one insisted on wearing a Linnea hat and bringing the same picnic that they have in the book.
