Grrrr

I hate how I have a list of started posts and no time to actually sit down and think about them. I guess that is because I have been spending all of my free time catching up on things that I don't get to do when my back is screwed up or when I have the flu... like organizing or baking. Either way, I'm mentally blogging. If only I could have my hands free long enough to actually follow through with some of my writing ideas. Also, I have to blog standing at the kitchen counter and this becomes slightly painful. Thanks for sticking around during my seasons of patheticness. :)

How do you find time to blog?

  1. I'm finding less and less time to blog....or maybe, I realized there were things that I have been neglecting because I was blogging :) My husband's back is out....which makes it hard for me to blog. Now if he was my co-blogger there would be tons of posts. Maybe I should have him "guest post" for me.

  2. There is a time for everything and for every season under heaven. Blog when you can and want to, don't when you can't or don't want to. :) Praying for healing and peace in your household.

  5. Mimi, that's a great idea! I'd love to hear from the hubby. Wish mine would be a guest blogger. Maybe I can get him to write about politics! Hope your hubby gets better soon. These back issues are the pits.

Heather, When I don't want to blog, I have no trouble with not blogging. I don't feel guilty or obligated. I guess right now the frustration comes from being more than full of ideas but just not any good opportunities to actually sit down and write anything out. And writing is so important to me. Tomorrow will be better! Thanks for the prayers.

Jaime, You need to get on it, bro!

  6. Late, late nights. When G sleeps, I'm upstairs alone, writing something and catching up on bad television. Sometimes it's my thesis; sometimes it's a short story; sometimes it's a blog post.

  8. Most of my blogging is done away from the computer. It's my regular life, cooking, sewing, taking pictures of everything, reading books, nature. If I want to blog about one of those things, I write it out on paper. I have a blog notebook, so I can "blog" anywhere when I happen to have time. When I do have computer time I type it in (spell check!) and attach a photo. Of course I also 'mental blog' all the time!

  9. I haven't been blogging as much either, and its not for a lack of ideas like you said. Just a lack of having the time to sit down and get my thoughts on the blog and add photos. It just hasn't happened lately. :(
